Illinois Library Systems: Library Partnership Trust

In 2006, Illinois Library Systems partnered with North Suburban Library Systems as they developed the Library Partnership Trust. This project provides all Illinois libraries with the opportunity to purchase electronic resources, an essential service for today's library.
