Cooperative Projects of Illinois Library Systems

Illinois Library Systems participate in many cooperative projects. Cooperation in these projects allows Library Systems and their members to leverage their resources and provide the high-level of quality service that Illinois users expect.

For FY2007, the Illinois State Library offered Illinois Library Systems a unique grant opportunity. Library Systems were encouraged to work together to provide new technology solutions to the libraries of Illinois. The developments of these grants can be seen here.

Additionally, Illinois Library Systems, in partnership with North Suburban Library System, work to provide quality electronic resources at prices that all Illinois libraries can afford through the Library Partnership Trust.
